We hope you’ve had a wonderful break and that the kids are excited to get back into Futsal!!
Pre-Training and Registration Day: To get things started we are organising a Training and Registration Day at ProFutsal MtEvelyn on 30 January 2025, where parents and children can come down to have a kick before the first game as well as sort out registration. We will also have the shoe bank available and player shirts for new (or growing) players. For returning players, please attend the same training session/time you attended last year.
Online Registration: There is a slight delay with the online registration due to a new registration system, but we should be up and running soon with registration emails going out by next week.
Dates to Remember: The first game of the term will be Monday 3rd Feb for those who play on Monday’s and Tuesday 4th Feb for those who play on Tuesday’s. For Monday players there will be a double header on 17 March to make up for the Labour Day holiday and Finals will be held in the last 2 weeks of term.
Registration Fees: This term we have also included the Pro Futsal annual registration fee ($98) which provides players with insurance and is required to play in the ProFutsal Competition. As part of the online registration process you may also have to pay for the annual Football Victoria and Football Australia registrations if they are due.
Teams: We will be finalising teams once registrations start coming in so, please be on the lookout for messages from your team managers.

We hope you’ve had a wonderful break and that the kids are excited to get back into Futsal!!
Please make sure you've completed your SMSC registration form for term 1 2024 which should have been emailed to you.
The first game of the term will be Monday 29th Jan for those who play on Monday’s and Tuesday 30th Jan for those who play on Tuesday’s, Finals will be held in the last 2 weeks of term.
This term we have included the Pro Futsal registration fees on our invoice so that you only have to do one registration form and to avoid confusion. This will be an amount of $65, it provides players with insurance and is required to play.
We understand there has been some concern in the futsal community about paying the annual Pro Futsal registration fee with the proposed development of the site and uncertainty around whether or not they will be able to operate for the whole year.
We are in regular consultation with the management at Pro Futsal and we are expecting they will be able to give more definitive information about the future of the centre beyond term 1 soon.
Pro Futsal registration will be held by SMSC until we have assurance of continued operation of Pro Futsal throughout 2024. If necessary, this allows SMSC to process partial Pro Futsal registration refunds dependent on outcome.
